How LEAP Works
At LEAP, we work with lenders and borrowers to keep customers in their car or put them in a different car with terms that better fit their circumstances.
LEAP is most likely to be effective if you are seriously delinquent or facing default on your auto loan. If you are behind on your loan payments, we strongly recommend you work with your lender first to see if they will negotiate an auto loan workout. Many lenders have workout programs for struggling customers. Some lenders, however, are unable to modify loans due to other commitments. In these cases, LEAP offers an alternative that benefits both lenders and consumers.
LEAP partners with you and we recognize that a partnership is a two-way street. LEAP is committed to putting you in a vehicle with a monthly payment you can afford. In exchange, we ask that you are employed with verifiable income and pay your monthly auto payment.

A LEAP, we pride ourselves on finding a solution that's attractive to lenders and consumers alike. Unfortunately, that's not always the case and there are some companies that make promises they cannot deliver. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has published a Consumer Alert raising awareness of these auto loan modification fraudsters. At LEAP, we do what we say we will do. We don't require a fee to discuss your LEAP options and we keep you involved in conversations with your lender. We hold high standards and want to make sure others are doing the same.
